Sophie has 30 years’ experience developing organisational capability and high performing teams to deliver business strategy and developing cultures to embrace change. After 10-years in corporations, Sophie established a small business and for 20-years has provided consulting services in strategic human resources management. Business specialisation is in organisational development, strategic human resources, and organisational change management to small, medium, and large organisations in the private, public, and higher education industry sectors.

Sophie’s clients and ex-colleagues describe her as commercially oriented and someone who delivers results linked to business outcomes. She has strong influencing skills, builds relationships quickly and engages people at all levels in the organisation. Sophie has wide-ranging experience in facilitating group outcomes, through workshop events or longer-term initiatives, and extensive experience coaching leaders and managers.

Sophie holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management, Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), and a Bachelor of Social Science & Policy degree with a Human Resource Management Major, University of NSW (UNSW).
