He has a diverse background to include project, transformation and change management for organisations of all size. Phil is a business owner and an active governance professional.
Phil is CA qualified with CAANZ and a Non-Executive Director.
Phil’s experience with SMBs includes small-business ownership and as a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisory in the manufacturing and construction industry sectors. Recent experience is through consulting to businesses with turnover of $2 to $20 million requiring, CFO, strategic and operational advisory and tactical support. Phil has been working with small businesses impacted by COVID-19 on cashflow management and business survival strategies.
