He is adept at building and leading high performing Logistics and Customer Service teams. Michael is highly collaborative with a view to leaving clients with the knowledge, skills, and disciplines necessary to maintain operational gains.




Michael's experience with SMBs

Michael commenced consultancy to SMBs in 2018 with varied engagements across industry sectors. Key assignments include the introduction of a forecasting system for a global Sports Equipment supplier. He restructured their logistics team, recruited staff, and provided training. Michael also investigated and resolved invoicing shortfalls for a medium sized 3PL Warehousing business. He established procedures to maximise their revenues and cash flows. Another engagement involved the analysis of the significant losses experienced by a Waste Management company which used a cost-plus model for freight recharging. Michael’s recommendations and initiatives were implemented by the business. He has also installed Warehouse Management Systems for numerous companies.

Michael’s success with SMBs is derived from many years of experience managing the complex operations of two large global companies. He designed and implemented changes that converted their facilities into fluid operations. This expertise equips Michael well to provide comprehensive support to companies with operational challenges.
