Lou has a successful track record of developing brands, strategically positioned to maximise long term growth. Her achievements include building the Kellogg's snacks business in Australia from $31m to $128m and developing and delivering over $100m of Kellog's cereal and snacks innovation with brands and products that have stood the test of time.
