Katja has an extensive track record of successfully positioning brands, launching products and successfully turning brands around, developing successful brand and portfolio strategies, launch and go to market strategies and innovation pipelines.
Her experience spans from food, natural health, sports nutrition and pet food to household and personal care brands and products. Her achievements include successfully relaunching Special K, turning the brand around from -20% to +5% growth, repositioning Blackmores with the “Be a WellBeing” Campaign which regained Blackmores No. 1 position in market, drove long and short-term sales and brand equity, saw Blackmores highest share price in market, won a Golden Effie Award and was in place for 5 years. She launched over 50 products successfully into market. She led the famous “Kill or Save Louie the Fly” campaign which saw Mortein’s highest market share winning against key competitors.
With full P&L responsibility Katja has expertise in driving top and bottom line growth, managing the P&L top to bottom to drive profitable growth for the business, developing short and long-term strategies and business models to drive sustainable growth for the business.
