Hayden is a senior leader with almost 20 years’ experience within FMCG & consumer packaged goods industries across ANZ. Hayden has worked for numerous large multi-national corporate entities, as well as local Australasian businesses. He has a successful track record of implementing winning strategies to drive growth, with commercial thinking always at the core. A naturally strategic thinker, Hayden has built critical experiences across multiple business functions including brand marketing, innovation, new business development, eCommerce & strategic planning.

Hayden’s inquisitive and collaborative style helps him get to the heart of customers and consumers needs. He loves to solve complex problems, seeking clarity & defining pathways for growth. Hayden has a keen passion for strategic business planning and is experienced in developing & facilitating longer term strategic planning frameworks across several organisations. Hayden has also led M&A strategy development and post-acquisition business integration.

Having spent a great deal of his career, focussed on new or emerging business ventures, Hayden is experienced in establishing successful new business units from scratch. He has also developed and launched new-to-market brands & new market expansion strategies. Hayden is also a shareholder & co-founder of a thriving, innovative hospitality business in New Zealand.
