A natural leader, David is known for transforming the sales departments of large, medium, small, and start-up enterprises by restructuring sales models for profit and streamlining systems and processes to achieve peak sales team performance.

David has worked with small and medium businesses, including start-ups, in several industry sectors. He understands the challenges faced by SMBs through his diverse experience. He has established a greenfield operation in Indonesia, grew a technology business in Hong Kong from 40 to 200 employees in 4-years, helped an Australian software business establish a presence in Europe and led an Australian professional service company during the period of the global financial crisis from 2008.
