Brian has many years’ experience in sales, marketing, strategic planning, and senior operational management working with major technology organisations. At Fujitsu, Brian worked across various sales and senior management roles in Australia and New Zealand. He worked as General Manager of Canon, including managing their partner channel and government relations. Over the last several years he has worked as National Sales Manager of Ricoh, managing the direct sales of Ricoh Australia’s document and imaging solutions and services business in Australia, including Corporate, Government and SME sales.
Throughout his career, Brian has worked in a variety of General Management roles and has successfully managed national sales teams in both direct and indirect sales channels across a wide range of products and services. Brian has an MBA and is a Fellow of the AICD.
Brian’s focus has been on building robust customer focussed processes for sales management, territory management and customer account management through customer account planning, partnering programs and developing high levels of customer satisfaction. In recent years, he has assisted small and medium businesses through his work with the Small Business Mentoring Service, a not-for-profit volunteer-based organisation.
