Karly also has extensive experience in coaching, project planning and execution, and maintaining a highly organised approach to complex tasks and initiatives.

Karly has worked with a range of SMB’s across a number of different industries including; not for profit, hospitality, security, catering, and medical device.  In many of these business Karly has been the only person in the Human Resources team right through to coaching, leading and supporting a small team. She has supported the design, implementation and rollout of systems, processes, procedures and engagement programs.
