Then pull operations back to the front of the story.

Every handover, every project, every update should mirror the promises made upstream. The customer shouldn’t hear one version from sales and another from delivery. When they do, trust and margin leak away.

Finally, bring it together with cadence and data.

Measure what matters: margin by segment, quote turnaround, hit rate, delivery reliability. Review it weekly.
