His expertise is through executive management roles in general management, sales management, digital and non-digital marketing, brand positioning, and competitive strategy. Tony’s work is aimed at organic growth and scaling for organisations in a several industry sectors throughout Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, and Sub-Sahara Africa.
A common theme throughout Tony’s career is the desire and capability to articulate a vision, achieve strategic objectives and to ensure that the organisation is providing a competitive advantage for the benefit of customers. He works enthusiastically and tirelessly with Owners, CEOs, executive management, functional management, and teams to ensure the appropriate focus and effort to deliver objectives.
Tony has worked with and provided consulting services to businesses across all diverse industry sectors and in different stages of business growth. In all cases the aim was to develop strategies and implement plans including through various change management projects in over 60 organisations, across sector value-chains and supply-chains and all categorised as a SMB. Service specialisation has been is marketing, sales, maintenance, logistics, and operations. In Tony’s client engagements he found the common issue in any organisation is how to effectively manage the change management cycle. In every situation, the strategic intent and the initial design for improvement or change is enthusiastically accepted by SMBs yet faced challenges during implementation. Successful change management requires business to move efficiently through stages from non-acceptance, resistance, cautious optimism, and mechanical compliance to be able to achieve positive outcomes as a result of the final stages of ownership, improved moral, and positive engagement.
