He has led global work and international business in South Africa, the USA, Europe, and Australia. Max has a diverse range of financial and auditing skills, experience, and capabilities. Depth of experience ranges from all levels of auditing and control systems, to successfully building a business from its early stage through to successful exit.
Max has consulted as a CFO Specialist since 2012 and provides Board Advisory service to SMBs.
Max has provided CFO and business advisory services to SMBs for the last 8-years, following a career with multi-national corporations. Max has guided business owners and leadership teams through challenges faced daily in small-to-medium businesses. In many instances Max found a combination of mounting pressures and lack of support were major contributors to the failure of businesses. Motivated to help businesses navigate risk and uncertainty Max focuses on supporting businesses to overcome obstacles and ensure they decrease risk of failure and instead turnaround the business to achieve sustainable growth. Leveraging his expertise from complex organisations, Max also works with business owners and leadership teams to design strategies to build towards successful exit.
