Experienced professional with career spanning 25+ years. For the majority of my professional career, I have worked consistently on building and scaling tech/digital platforms - leading teams & organisations to develop award winning products, services and platforms for some of Australia's leading brands and tech, media & content organisations.

Over the years I have had the privilege of leading these teams to transform, grow and succeed. This has included senior leadership and Virtual GM roles across organisations of all shapes and sizes – from multi-nationals through to SME’s. As a result I can combine big picture thinking with practical implementation.

I have a broad and deep skill set across leadership, product development, CX, web, strategy, technology, transformation and platforms, marketing, finance, HR, sales and operations. I am also ideally suited to organisations requiring leadership to be able to both think and lead strategically while wearing multiple hats and being hands on doing what needs to be done with limited resources.

Liz's experience with SMBs

Over the past 15 years I have partnered with largely family run SME’s to scale and grow their business. This process combines operating as a Virtual GM and actively creating the strategy, roadmap & framework to deliver results.

Engagements range from developing ST and LT strategic plans through to execution of specific projects and ongoing coaching and mentoring. Beyond strategy planning and execution - I specialise in Product Development, Marketing, Sales coaching and mentoring, CX and business transformation and all that entails - from product to process and platforms.

My strength lies in my ability to bring visions and plans to life.

Current clients sit across Health, Trade Services, Medical, E-Commerce, Research, Retail, Branding/Creative agencies, and Building/Landscaping. Examples of corporate clients have included Telstra, ATO, Colmar Brunton, Kantar TNS, McWilliams.
