Jeremy is the Founder and Managing Director of Volt Lab, part of the Strategic Specialists Group of companies. Volt Lab is a creative and digital marketing agency providing service as a plug-in strategic partner to generate measurable impact and spark growth.

Jeremy has over 15 years’ experience facilitating and leading transformational change to deliver value, growth, and increased engagement to businesses and their clients. He has supported diverse clients across multiple industry sectors providing leadership, corporate affairs, communications, and marketing services and advisory. He has extensive experience in the technology industry across Asia-Pacific, having supported and delivered value for MSPs, cloud providers, software and platform vendors, and IT consultancies. Multi-national corporation experience includes Microsoft, Google, NetApp, Veeam, VMware, and Cisco. He has assisted business owners and leadership teams to build and expand marketing frameworks, deploy lead generation programs, enter new markets, unlock support from contracted vendors, and increase market share.


Jeremy's experience with SMBs

Jeremy has first-hand experience and knowledge of current issues faced by small-to-medium businesses. He gained insights and built knowledge through successful development and deployment of positioning and marketing strategies, and implementation of effective marketing and lead generation programs for SMBs to achieve revenue objectives. Through engagement by a range of clients he has delivered a diverse range of services including analysis of the business landscape, identification of opportunities, leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure buy-in, hiring and training of support staff and appointment and management of third-party agencies to support the marketing function and marketing program. With six years of agency leadership experience, Jeremy founded SMB Volt Lab in early 2020, a small business on a massive growth trajectory.
