Working as a senior executive across Finance, Sales, Commercial and Customer Relations, Jayne’s broad cross-functional expertise has been gained in roles across Australia, the United Kingdom,Europe, and Asia. Jayne is recognised as an inspirational leader with a track record in developing and executing strategy to drive rapid business growth. Roles include working extensively for Vodafone in numerous senior executive roles in multiple markets, owner of JBC International providing coaching and consulting services, as well as Non-Executive Director roles as Chair and Director of Fitness Australia and Director of Not-for-Profit, Heart Kids. Jayne’s expertise as CEO and in corporate governance, as Chair and Non-Executive Director, enables organisations to achieve strategic and growth objectives, and manage risk.

Jayne is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

During client engagements Jayne has seen the importance of having good staff and how to drive performance through aligning performance management, measurement, recognition, and rewards. Jayne supports SMBs to define the critical characteristics required in a Sales teams to have the right dynamic to drive individual and team performance, that when you find someone worth keeping, the importance of doing everything in your power to hold on to the person, to nurture them, and reward them. Jayne has seen in SMBs across Australia when a lack of leadership trickles down to junior sales team members, who can become neglected or feel undervalued, and therefore underperform. Creating a community and atmosphere for teams is vital for staying alive as an SMB.
