Amy is a strategic and commercial marketing leader with over 20 years experience working for a number of prominent, global FMCG & Automotive companies around the world and more recently for SMBs in Australia. She excels at nurturing brands, simplifying the complex and creating marketing plans that work. She focuses on plans that tap into consumer insight, build brand saliency, whilst contributing to the bottom line.

Amy brings a solid combination of experiences covering every part of marketing mix on a variety of different brands. She has managed global brands across a variety of regions & cultures, both on a GBT and as an in-market company. Amy enjoys building new brand strategy, positioning and product innovation from scratch and has many success stories from international markets. A key part of recent work has been to identify the Customer journey and put in place the best Digital Marketing strategies and KPIs to achieve brand goals, be it awareness of far lower down the funnel. Within Head of Marketing roles, Amy has led and built marketing teams, through improving capability, engagement & culture plus ensuring diversity on all levels.

As a person, Amy is recognised for her clear strategic thinking; ruthless consumer & commercial focus; adaptable, strong and compassionate influencing style; the way she builds and nurtures teams and being hard wired to do things differently to get better results.

She believes that understanding everything about your consumer is key to focusing on choosing the right marketing building blocks; that doing a couple of things brilliantly is better than a scatter gun approach; that consistent brand identity at every touch point is critical for meaningful growth and that strong insightful choices are better than just investing in the latest and greatest platform.
